Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help with a replacement or exchange where available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
